Design, the intelligence of things. The world does not need more products, but smarter ones. Industrial Design ist nicht nur die Architektur der Dinge hinsichtlich ihrer Funktionalität und Usability, sondern trägt auch eine Verantwortung für deren sozialen und ökologischen Impact. Gerade die Arbeitsbedingungen und Sozialstandards, die Rohstoffe und der Energieverbrauch bei der Produktion, aber auch ihre Reparierbarkeit, Recycelbarkeit oder biologische Abbaubarbarkeit machen Produkte erst relevant und intelligent.
